That’s basically all of us. Feelings of overwhelm can come from a variety of places both in and out of the home. Some reasons may be out of our control and some in. No matter where the overwhelm is happening from, the feeling of it can be debilitating and make one feel a lack of joy, questioning their role in life and how/if they can take care of all their responsibilities and desires.

This means you can manipulate your feelings in a positive and intentional way with aromatherapy. I like to call it emotional warfare if you will.
