- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 banana
- 2 cups milk (I used organic almond milk)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used drinkorgain)
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes
