Smoothies are a great way to pack in nutrients and fuel your cells.
Here’s a smoothie my family loves and I hope you enjoy it too.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 handfuls of frozen blueberries
- 2 large carrots cut up
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1 cup organic almond milk
- 2 cup of spring water
Directions:
- Add all ingredients into a blender
- Blend on high for 1-2 minutes
Enjoy!
*If the smoothie is to thick just add more water until you reach the consistency you like.
